Binding Agreement

By accessing bdt55.club, registering an account, or using any service offered on the bdt55 platform, you enter into a binding legal agreement with bdt55. This agreement takes effect immediately upon your first access to the platform and remains in force for the duration of your account. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the platform.

Scope of Agreement

These terms apply to all bdt55 services including the casino lobby, live casino tables, sports betting (including cricket), crash games, slots, and the bdt55 Loyalty Program. These terms should be read in conjunction with the bdt55 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of this agreement.

The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. If bdt55 identifies duplicate accounts, all linked accounts may be suspended and any bonus funds, winnings derived from bonus activity, or funds obtained through duplicate accounts may be voided and forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bdt55 account credentials, including your password and any recovery codes. You must not share your login details with any other person. bdt55 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bdt55 immediately by contacting [email protected]. bdt55 support staff will never ask for your password.

Bonus Eligibility

bdt55 offers a welcome bonus to new members and ongoing promotions to existing members. Bonuses are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Each bonus offer has its own specific terms, including eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, game restrictions, and expiry dates. These specific terms are displayed in your account at the time the bonus is offered. It is your responsibility to read and understand the specific terms of any bonus before accepting it.

Bonus Abuse

bdt55 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, using automated software to meet wagering requirements, exploiting promotional errors or pricing mistakes, and coordinated play designed to circumvent bonus terms. Where bonus abuse is identified, bdt55 reserves the right to void all bonus funds, reverse any associated winnings, and suspend or close the account.

Game Integrity

All casino games available on bdt55 are provided by independent third-party software suppliers whose RNG systems have been independently certified. bdt55 does not alter, interfere with, or modify game outcomes. Results are final once a game round is completed. In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your screen and the result recorded on bdt55 servers, the server record shall be the definitive result.

Sports Betting and Cricket Rules

bdt55 sports betting, including cricket betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, is governed by the specific betting rules applicable to each sport and market type. These rules are accessible within the sports betting section of the platform. Bets placed on events that are subsequently abandoned, postponed, or voided are settled according to the sport-specific rules in effect at the time the bet was placed. bdt55 reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event has commenced where the outcome was knowable at the time of placing.

Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including but not limited to disconnection, server interruption, or software error — bdt55 will attempt to restore the game to the state immediately prior to the malfunction where technically possible. Where restoration is not possible, the bet amount staked in the interrupted round may be returned to the player's account balance at bdt55's discretion. bdt55 is not liable for any winnings that were not recorded by the server at the time of the malfunction.

Prohibited Activities

Suspension by bdt55

bdt55 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where bdt55 reasonably believes that the account holder has breached these terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, provided false registration information, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the account holder will be notified and given a reasonable opportunity to respond before a final decision is made, unless the circumstances require immediate action.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your bdt55 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet cleared through wagering requirements) will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC verification. Accounts closed voluntarily may be reopened by contacting support, subject to bdt55 approval and re-verification of eligibility.

Service Availability

bdt55 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, network issues, or circumstances beyond bdt55's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. bdt55 will use reasonable efforts to restore service as quickly as practicable in such circumstances but is not liable for any losses — including loss of winnings, loss of opportunity, or loss of data — arising from temporary service unavailability.

Extent of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdt55's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your bdt55 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. bdt55 is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind arising from your use of the platform.

Right to Amend

bdt55 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bdt55 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Where changes are significant, bdt55 may also notify active account holders via the contact details registered on their account. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any revised terms, you must stop using the platform and contact [email protected] to request account closure.
